The Miners now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Morrilton for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 18. Bauxite will confront a Devil Dogs team coming off a 4-3 non-league win over Greenwood (Greenwood, AR). The Devil Dogs record now stands at 3-5.

With the loss, Quitman moves to 5-2 on the season. The Bulldogs host Mt. Vernon-Enola (Mt. Vernon, AR) to confront the Warhawks in a 2A Region 5 battle on Tuesday, March 18. The Warhawks come into the battle with a record of 1-4. Mt. Vernon-Enola lost 7-3 in their recent non-league match against McCrory (McCrory, AR)
