California High School Softball - Valley Christian bounces Capistrano Valley Christian

March 17, 2025: San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675

The Valley Christian Defenders softball team scored 17 runs and held the host Capistrano Valley Christian Eagles to 1 in the Defenders non-league win on Monday.

The Defenders now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakewood for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 20. Valley Christian will confront a Lancers team coming off a 20-0 league win over Jordan (Long Beach, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 4-6.

With the loss, Capistrano Valley Christian moves to 0-5 on the season. The Eagles travel to Trabuco Hills (Mission Viejo, CA) to confront the Mustangs in a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 18. The Mustangs come into the battle with a record of 7-3. Trabuco Hills lost 8-5 in their recent non-league battle against St. John's (Houston, TX)
