The Ozark Hillbillies softball team scored 13 runs and held the host Cedarville Pirates to 6 in the Hillbillies non-league win on Monday.

The Hillbillies now possess a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Waldron for a 4A Region 4 battle on Tuesday, March 18. Ozark will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 11-2 non-league loss to Woodlawn (Rison, AR). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-6.

With the loss, Cedarville moves to 1-5 on the season. The Pirates host Mansfield (Mansfield, AR) to confront the Tigers in a 3A Region 4 battle on Tuesday, March 18. The Tigers come into the battle with a record of 3-3. Mansfield won 13-12 in their recent non-league battle against Horatio (Horatio, AR)
