Piedmont Wildcats (Piedmont, OK) fans exited the stadium thrilled Friday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Cascia Hall Commandos (Tulsa, OK), 6-5 in a non-league test.

With the win, Piedmont upgrades its record to 8-1 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Southeast (Oklahoma City, OK) to battle the Spartans in a 5A District 2 test on Monday, March 21. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 0-2. Southeast lost 18-0 in their recent league test against Carl Albert (Midwest City, OK)

With the defeat, Cascia Hall falls to 4-4 on the season. The Commandos host Meeker (Meeker, OK) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Monday, March 21. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 0-1.
