The Venice Gondoliers volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Lake Balboa College Prep Cougars to 0 in the Gondoliers non-league victory on Friday.

The Gondoliers now have a 14-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Taft for a non-league game on Saturday, March 19. Venice will meet a Toreadors team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Alemany (Mission Hills, CA). The Toreadors record now stands at 6-4.

The Cougars (5-11) will now prepare for their game against Viewpoint (Calabasas, CA). The Patriots enter the non-league game with a 5-3 record. In their last game, Viewpoint gained a win over Paraclete (Lancaster, CA), 3-0, in a league game.
