Carolina Forest Panthers (Myrtle Beach, SC) fans were thrilled Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting North Myrtle Beach Chiefs (Little River, SC), 8-7 in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers face the Conway Tigers (Conway, SC) in a challenge, on Tuesday, March 22. Carolina Forest will attempt to better on its 3-1 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 1-2 record after their 2-0 league loss to St. James (Murrells Inlet, SC).

The Chiefs now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host South Florence for a challenge on Tuesday, March 29.
