The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Roy Royals (Roy, UT) and the host Bear River Bears (Garland, UT), saw Roy's lacrosse team achieve victory over Bear River by a margin of 12-7.

The Royals (3-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Farmington (Farmington, UT). The Phoenix enter the 6A Region 1 challenge with a 1-1 record. In their last challenge, Farmington was overwhelmed by Davis (Kaysville, UT), 12-8, in a league challenge.

The Bears (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Bonneville (Washington Terrace, UT). The Lakers come into the non-league test with a 3-1 record. In their last test, Bonneville was overwhelmed by Skyline (Salt Lake City, UT), 15-2, in a non-league test.
