Broad Run Spartans (Ashburn, VA) boosters exited the stadium content Friday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Woodgrove Wolverines (Purcellville, VA), 14-7 in a non-league battle.
The Spartans now own a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Riverside for a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 22. Broad Run will clash with a Ram squad coming off a 17-3 non-league win over Loudoun County (Leesburg, VA). The Ram record now stands at 1-0.
In their next game, the Wolverines clash with the Loudoun Valley Vikings (Purcellville, VA) in a non-league battle, on Tuesday, March 29. Woodgrove will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record.
