In Friday's non-league test, the visiting St. Edward Eagles lacrosse squad scored a good 15-3 victory over the Rocky River Pirates.
The Eagles now have a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Springboro for a non-league test on Saturday, March 19. St. Edward will face a Panthers squad coming off a 24-5 non-league loss to Culver Academies (Culver, IN). The Panthers record now stands at 0-1.
In their next game, the Pirates face the Avon Eagles (Avon, OH) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, March 22. Rocky River will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 1-0 record after their 17-1 non-league win over Boardman (Youngstown, OH).
