In Friday's non-league contest, the Animo Leadership Aztec Eagles (Inglewood, CA) softball team the visiting Animo South Los Angeles Panthers (Los Angeles, CA), by a margin of 15-13.
With the triumph, Animo Leadership moves its record to 4-2 on the year. The Aztec Eagles host Wiseburn- Da Vinci (El Segundo, CA) to play the Wolves in a Mulholland contest on Wednesday, March 23. The Wolves come into the contest with a record of 10-4. Wiseburn- Da Vinci won 20-0 in their recent league contest against Environmental Charter (Lawndale, CA)
In their next game, the Panthers play the Animo Venice Pirates (Los Angeles, CA) in a Crosstown/Ocean contest, on Wednesday, March 30. Animo South Los Angeles will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record.
