The Desert Christian Knights softball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy to 3 in the Knights non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, Desert Christian moves its record to 1-4 on the year. The Knights host Trinity Classical Academy (Valencia, CA) to clash with the Knights in a Heritage game on Tuesday, March 22. The Knights come into the game with a record of 2-4. Trinity Classical Academy lost 19-2 in their recent league game against Oakwood (North Hollywood, CA)

In their next game, the clash with the Riverside Prep Silver Knights (Oro Grande, CA) in a Cross Valley game, on Friday, March 25. Cobalt Institute of Math & Science Academy will attempt to move on its 2-4 season record. The Silver Knights come into the game with a 1-7 record after their 28-1 non-league win over Silver Valley (Yermo, CA).
