The University Trojans softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Orange Panthers to 4 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Friday.

With the triumph, University moves its record to 2-6 on the year. The Trojans travel to Woodbridge (Irvine, CA) to play the Warriors in a Pacific Coast game on Tuesday, March 22. In their next game, the Panthers play the Rancho Alamitos Vaqueros (Garden Grove, CA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 23. Orange will attempt to move on its 2-12 season record. The Vaqueros come into the game with a 8-5 record after their 13-3 league win over La Quinta (Westminster, CA).
