The Avalon Black Knights baseball team (Wheaton, MD), 4-2 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host Pallotti Panthers (Laurel, MD)
The Panthers now hold a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Annapolis Area Christian for a MIAA B outing on Monday, March 20. Pallotti will confront a Eagles team coming off a 7-5 non-league loss to Riverdale Baptist (Upper Marlboro, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.
Next, the Black Knights confront the St. Andrew's Episcopal Lions (Potomac, MD) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, March 22. Avalon will attempt to move on its 0-4 season record. The Lions enter the bout with a 2-2 record after their 13-2 league loss to Sidwell Friends (Washington, DC).
