The Granite Hills Eagles held off the visiting Escondido Cougars volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Eagles now have a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fallbrook for a non-league test on Saturday, March 18. Granite Hills will confront a Warriors team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Mission Vista (Oceanside, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-4.
The Cougars (0-5) will now prepare for their test against Mission Vista (Oceanside, CA). The enter the test with a 8-5 record. In their last test, Mission Vista was nudged by San Dieguito Academy (Encinitas, CA), 2-1, in a non-league test.
