The Alhambra Bulldogs prevailed the visiting Bentley Phoenix volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Bulldogs now have a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ygnacio Valley for a Diablo - Valley test on Tuesday, March 21. Alhambra will confront a Wolves team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Mt. Diablo (Concord, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 0-4.
The Phoenix (1-7) will now prepare for their test against Valley Christian (Dublin, CA). The Vikings enter the Bay Counties test with a 0-4 record. In their last test, Valley Christian dropped by St. Joseph Notre Dame (Alameda, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
