California High School Volleyball - Lathrop over Edison

March 18, 2023: Stockton, CA 95206

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Lathrop Spartans (Lathrop, CA) and the host Edison Vikings (Stockton, CA), saw Lathrop's volleyball squad beat Edison by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Lathrop upgrades its record to 10-3 on the year. The Spartans host Los Banos (Los Banos, CA) to play the Tigers in a Western Athletic Conference bout on Tuesday, March 21. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 4-12. Los Banos lost 3-2 in their recent league bout against Ceres (Ceres, CA)

The Vikings now own a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to McNair for a San Joaquin Athletic bout on Tuesday, March 21. Edison will play a Eagles squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Mt. Diablo (Concord, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 3-3.
