California High School Volleyball - Fremont over Encina Prep

Fremont Firebirds (Sunnyvale, CA) supporters left the game in high spirits Saturday as they observed their volleyball squad top the visiting Encina Prep Bulldogs (Sacramento, CA), 3-1 in a non-league match.

Next up, the Firebirds clash with the King's Academy Knights (Sunnyvale, CA) in a SCVAL - El Camino match, on Wednesday, March 22. Fremont will attempt to advance on its 6-6 season record. The Knights come into the match with a 10-6 record after their 3-2 league loss to Palo Alto (Palo Alto, CA).

With the loss, Encina Prep drops to 8-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to John Adams Academy (Roseville, CA) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league match on Monday, March 20. The Patriots come into the match with a record of 9-5.
