The Newbury Park Panthers held off the host San Luis Obispo Tigers volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Panthers now have a 12-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Thousand Oaks for a test on Wednesday, March 22. Newbury Park will confront a Lancers team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to San Luis Obispo (San Luis Obispo, CA). The Lancers record now stands at 4-13.
The Tigers (12-5) will now prepare for their test against Channel Islands (Oxnard, CA). The Raiders enter the non-league test with a 2-5 record.
