The New Bern Bears the host West Craven Eagles baseball team by a count of 10-6 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Bears now possess a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host J.H. Rose for a non-league bout on Tuesday, March 21. New Bern will face a Rampants team coming off a 14-2 non-league loss to SouthWest Edgecombe (Pinetops, NC). The Rampants record now stands at 5-1.
Next, the Eagles face the Washington Pam Pack (Washington, NC) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 21. West Craven will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Pam Pack go into the game with a 2-2 record after their 9-4 non-league loss to Faith Christian (Rocky Mount, NC).
