In Saturday's non-league challenge, the Uintah Utes (Vernal, UT) baseball squad triumphed over the visiting Pueblo West Cyclones (Pueblo West, CO), by a final score of 11-2.
With the win, Uintah moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Utes travel to Woods Cross (Woods Cross, UT) to play the Wildcats in a non-league battle on Tuesday, March 21. The Wildcats enter the battle with a record of 0-0.
The Cyclones now possess a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Air Academy for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 22. Pueblo West will play a Kadets squad coming off a 7-4 non-league loss to Highlands Ranch (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Kadets record now stands at 1-1.
