Alabama High School Softball - Hoover bounces Jasper

The Hoover Buccaneers routed the host Jasper Vikings softball squad by a count of 14-0 in Saturday's non-league battle.

The Buccaneers (16-3) will now prepare for their battle against Pleasant Valley (Jacksonville, AL). The Raiders go into the non-league battle with a 2-2 record. In their last battle, Pleasant Valley was routed by Helena (Helena, AL), 18-3, in a non-league battle.

The Vikings now sport a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to Smiths Station for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 18. Jasper will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 8-2 non-league loss to Hoover (Hoover, AL). The Panthers record now stands at 7-6.
