The crowd at Saturday's non-league match between the Kamiakin Braves (Kennewick, WA) and the visiting Lakeland Hawks (Rathdrum, ID), saw Kamiakin's softball squad achieve victory over Lakeland by a count of 9-0.

The Braves now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Pasco for a 3A/4A Mid-Columbia match on Friday, March 24. Kamiakin will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 6-0 league loss to Chiawana (Pasco, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Lakeland falls to 0-2 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Timberlake (Spirit Lake, ID) to face the Tigers in a non-league match on Tuesday, April 4. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 3-1.
