Wickenburg Wranglers (Wickenburg, AZ) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Kingman Academy Tigers (Kingman, AZ), 17-5 in a non-league challenge.

The Wranglers now own a 10-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Scottsdale Christian Academy for a 3A North Central challenge on Tuesday, March 21. Wickenburg will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 25-12 non-league win over San Tan Foothills (Queen Creek, AZ). The Eagles record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Kingman Academy falls to 7-8 on the campaign. The Tigers host Trivium Prep (Goodyear, AZ) to battle the Crimson Knights in a 2A West challenge on Monday, March 20. The Crimson Knights enter the challenge with a record of 4-2. Trivium Prep lost 9-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Round Valley (Eagar, AZ)
