New Mexico High School Softball - Valley can't hold off Los Alamos

The Los Alamos Hilltoppers softball team scored 4 runs and limited the host Valley Vikings to 3 in the Hilltoppers non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Los Alamos improves its record to 4-2 on the year. The Hilltoppers host Aztec (Aztec, NM) to clash with the Tigers in a non-league game on Thursday, March 23. The Tigers come into the game with a record of 3-5. Aztec lost 17-5 in their recent non-league game against Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM)
In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 22. Valley will attempt to improve on its 3-10 season record. The Monarchs come into the game with a 4-5 record after their 11-1 non-league loss to Cibola (Albuquerque, NM).
