The Yuma Catholic Shamrocks softball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Mohave Accelerated Patriots to 2 in the Shamrocks non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Yuma Catholic moves its record to 10-0 on the year. The Shamrocks travel to Kingman (Kingman, AZ) to clash with the Bulldogs in a 3A West game on Tuesday, March 21. The Bulldogs come into the game with a record of 4-3. Kingman lost 13-0 in their recent non-league game against Lake Havasu (Lake Havasu City, AZ)

In their next game, the Patriots clash with the NFL Yet Academy Eagles (Phoenix, AZ) in a 2A West game, on Monday, March 20. Mohave Accelerated will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record. The Eagles come into the game with a 0-2 record after their 23-2 non-league loss to Crismon (Queen Creek, AZ).
