California High School Baseball - McClatchy wallops Cordova

Spectators at Monday's non-league battle between the McClatchy Lions (Sacramento, CA) and the host Cordova Lancers (Rancho Cordova, CA), saw McClatchy's baseball squad knock off Cordova by a count of 14-0.

Coming up next, the Lions play the Ponderosa Bruins (Shingle Springs, CA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 20. McClatchy will attempt to move on its 6-1 season record. The Bruins enter the battle with a 0-7 record after their 10-1 non-league loss to Rocklin (Rocklin, CA).

The Lancers now possess a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Campus for a Greater Sacramento battle on Wednesday, March 20. Cordova will play a Warriors squad coming off a 8-2 league win over Johnson (Sacramento, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-5.
