The Oceanside Pirates topped the host Point Loma Pointers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league test.

The Pirates now have a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ramona for a test on Wednesday, March 20. Oceanside will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 2-0 league win over Fallbrook (Fallbrook, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-3.

The Pointers (0-4) will now prepare for their test against Hoover (San Diego, CA). The Cardinals enter the test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Hoover was knocked off by Morse (San Diego, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
