The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Monte Vista Monarchs (Spring Valley, CA) and the host Ramona Bulldogs (Ramona, CA), saw Monte Vista's lacrosse team top Ramona by a margin of 20-11.
The Monarchs (2-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Preuss UCSD (La Jolla, CA). The Tritons enter the non-league challenge with a 0-6 record.
The Bulldogs (0-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Tri-City Christian (Vista, CA). The Eagles enter the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record. In their last challenge, Tri-City Christian beat Santa Fe Christian (Solana Beach, CA), 19-11, in a league challenge.
