The East Bladen Eagles soccer team scored 9 points and limited the host Spring Creek Gators to 1 in the Eagles non-league victory on Monday.
Next, the Eagles face the East Columbus Gators (Lake Waccamaw, NC) in a Waccamaw 1A/2A contest, on Tuesday, March 19. East Bladen will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Gators enter the contest with a 1-1 record after their 4-3 league win over Pender (Burgaw, NC).
The Gators now have a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Southern Wayne for a non-league contest on Thursday, March 21. Spring Creek will face a Saints team coming off a 10-0 league loss to Hunt (Wilson, NC). The Saints record now stands at 3-4.
