Lexington Christian Eagles (Lexington, KY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Bryan Station Defenders (Lexington, KY), 20-2 in a non-league battle.
The Eagles now have a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Woodford County for a non-league battle on Friday, March 22. Lexington Christian will clash with a Yellowjackets squad coming off a 22-2 league win over Paul Laurence Dunbar (Lexington, KY). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 5-0.
In their next game, the Defenders clash with the Anderson County Bearcats (Lawrenceburg, KY) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 20. Bryan Station will attempt to move on its 1-3 season record. The Bearcats come into the battle with a 2-0 record after their 10-0 non-league win over Shelby County (Shelbyville, KY).
