Cherryville Ironmen (Cherryville, NC) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Stuart W. Cramer Storm (Belmont, NC), 14-3 in a non-league challenge.

The Ironmen now sport a 5-1 record. They play next when they host Chase for a non-league match on Thursday, March 21. Cherryville will meet a Trojans squad coming off a 18-0 non-league win over Palisades (Charlotte, NC). The Trojans record now stands at 4-2.
