The East Union Lancers softball team scored 7 runs and limited the visiting Hughson Huskies to 3 in the Lancers non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, East Union moves its record to 8-3 on the year. The Lancers travel to Sierra (Manteca, CA) to clash with the Timberwolves in a Valley Oak League game on Thursday, March 21. The Timberwolves come into the game with a record of 3-5. Sierra lost 10-0 in their recent non-league game against Lathrop (Lathrop, CA)

In their next game, the Huskies clash with the Sonora Wildcats (Sonora, CA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, March 19. Hughson will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Wildcats come into the game with a 6-4 record after their 12-2 non-league win over Escalon (Escalon, CA).
