The Ooltewah Owls softball team scored 5 runs and limited the visiting Sale Creek Panthers to 1 in the Owls non-league triumph on Monday.

With the triumph, Ooltewah moves its record to 2-0 on the year. The Owls travel to Bradley Central (Cleveland, TN) to clash with the Bears in a 4A District 6 game on Tuesday, March 19. The Bears come into the game with a record of 1-3.

In their next game, the Panthers clash with the Copper Basin Cougars (Copperhill, TN) in a 1A District 5 game, on Thursday, March 21. Sale Creek will attempt to move on its 0-1 season record.
