The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the South Columbus Stallions (Tabor City, NC) and the visiting West Bladen Knights (Bladenboro, NC), saw South Columbus's softball squad achieve victory over West Bladen by a count of 9-0.

The Stallions now sport a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Pender for a Waccamaw 1A/2A match on Tuesday, March 19. South Columbus will face a Patriots squad coming off a 16-1 non-league win over Hobbton (Newton Grove, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 3-0.

With the loss, West Bladen falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Knights host South Brunswick (Southport, NC) to face the Cougars in a non-league match on Monday, March 25. The Cougars enter the match with a record of 7-2.
