In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting St. David's Warriors baseball team scored a close 2-1 win over the Arendell Parrott Academy Patriots.
The Warriors (3-1) will now prepare for their game against Greensboro Day School (Greensboro, NC). The Bengals go into the non-league game with a 6-2 record. In their last game, Greensboro Day School was tipped by Wesleyan Christian Academy (High Point, NC), 10-0, in a league game.
Next, the Patriots play the Epiphany Falcons (New Bern, NC) in a NCISAA Coastal Plain game, on Thursday, March 20. Arendell Parrott Academy will attempt to improve on its 6-1 season record. The Falcons go into the game with a 1-3 record after their 29-0 league loss to Greenfield (Wilson, NC).
