With the defeat, Columbia drops to 2-9 on the year. The Eagles travel to Lee (Huntsville, AL) to clash with the Generals in a 6A Area 16 challenge on Thursday, March 20. The Generals go into the challenge with a record of 3-7. Lee lost 11-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Madison County (Gurley, AL)
