In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Pope John Paul II Jaguars baseball team scored a close 6-0 victory over the Dunham Tigers.
The Jaguars (15-6) will now prepare for their game against E.D. White (Thibodaux, LA). The Cardinals enter the non-league game with a 8-14 record. In their last game, E.D. White held off A.J. Ellender (Houma, LA), 10-0, in a league game.
Next, the Tigers face the Riverside Academy Rebels (Reserve, LA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, March 19. Dunham will attempt to improve on its 9-15 season record. The Rebels enter the game with a 15-6 record after their 8-4 non-league win over Haynes Academy (Metairie, LA).
