The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Jackson-Reed Tigers (Washington, DC) and the visiting Gilman Greyhounds (Baltimore, MD), saw Jackson-Reed's baseball team gain a win over Gilman by a tally of 6-4.
The Tigers (4-2) will now prepare for their battle against Highland (Warrenton, VA). The Hawks enter the non-league battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Highland by Collegiate (Richmond, VA), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Greyhounds face the John Carroll Patriots (Bel Air, MD) in a MIAA A battle, on Wednesday, March 19. Gilman will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Patriots enter the battle with a 1-2 record after their 5-4 league loss to Gilman (Baltimore, MD).
