Georgia High School Baseball - Marist nips Parkview

In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Marist War Eagles baseball team scored a close 3-2 win over the Parkview Panthers.
The War Eagles (11-4) will now prepare for their game against Druid Hills (Atlanta, GA). The Red Devils go into the AAAA Region 5 game with a 12-4 record. In their last game, Druid Hills nudged Lithonia (Lithonia, GA), 17-2, in a league game.
Next, the Panthers play the Meadowcreek Mustangs (Norcross, GA) in a AAAAAA Region 7 game, on Friday, March 21. Parkview will attempt to improve on its 11-4 season record. The Mustangs go into the game with a 0-9 record after their 10-0 league loss to Peachtree Ridge (Suwanee, GA).
