The North Cross Raiders lacrosse squad scored 10 points and limited the visiting Jefferson Forest Cavaliers to 7 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Raiders now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Salem for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 20. North Cross will clash with a Spartans squad coming off a 10-5 non-league loss to Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA). The Spartans record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, Jefferson Forest falls to 0-1 on the year. The Cavaliers travel to Liberty (Bealeton, VA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 20. The Eagles go into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Liberty lost 17-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Briar Woods (Ashburn, VA)
