The Corinth Holders Pirates lacrosse team (Wendell, NC), was overwhelmed 8-3 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Sanderson Spartans (Raleigh, NC)

With the victory, Sanderson advances its record to 5-5 on the season. The Spartans host Union Pines (Cameron, NC) to encounter the Vikings in a non-league battle on Thursday, March 20. The Vikings go into the outing with a record of 5-2. Union Pines won 18-11 in their recent league outing against Gray's Creek (Hope Mills, NC)

With the loss, Corinth Holders falls to 3-5 on the year. The Pirates travel to Cleveland (Clayton, NC) to face the Rams in a Greater Neuse River outing on Friday, March 21. The Rams go into the outing with a record of 3-2. Cleveland lost 18-10 in their recent league outing against Fuquay - Varina (Fuquay-Varina, NC)
