Heathwood Hall Episcopal Highlanders (Columbia, SC) backers exited the stadium satisfied Tuesday as they saw their lacrosse team nip the visiting Lakeside Panthers (Evans, GA), 9-8 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Heathwood Hall Episcopal improves its record to 4-0 on the season. The Highlanders travel to Laurence Manning Academy (Manning, SC) to play the Swampcats in a SCISA AAA Region II game on Thursday, March 20. The Swampcats come into the game with a record of 5-1. Laurence Manning Academy won 16-4 in their recent league game against Camden Military (Camden, SC)

The Panthers now have a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Richmond Hill for a non-league game on Friday, March 21. Lakeside will play a Wildcats team coming off a 14-13 non-league loss to May River (Bluffton, SC). The Wildcats record now stands at 3-4.
