With the victory, Montverde Academy advances its record to 6-4 on the season. The Eagles host Lake Highland Prep (Orlando, FL) to encounter the Highlanders in a 1A D5 battle on Friday, March 21. The Highlanders come into the battle with a record of 6-2. Lake Highland Prep won 16-5 in their recent non-league battle against King (Stamford, CT)

The Hawks now sport a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Lake for a 2A D5 battle on Wednesday, March 19. Lake Minneola will encounter a Eagles team coming off a 11-3 league loss to East Ridge (Clermont, FL). The Eagles record now stands at 1-8.
