The (7-3) will now prepare for their battle against West Forsyth (Cumming, GA). The Wolverines enter the 6A Area 6 battle with a 2-9 record. In their last battle, West Forsyth was edged by North Gwinnett (Suwanee, GA), 2-1, in a non-league battle.

Next up, the Longhorns confront the Roswell Hornets (Roswell, GA) in a 5A Area 7 battle, on Friday, March 21. Lanier will attempt to improve on its 4-6 season record. The Hornets enter the battle with a 6-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Chattahoochee (Alpharetta, GA).
