Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the McIntosh Chiefs (Peachtree City, GA) and the host Newnan Cougars (Newnan, GA), saw McIntosh's soccer squad triumph over Newnan by a score of 6-0.

The Chiefs (12-1) will now prepare for their battle against Forest Park (Forest Park, GA). The Panthers enter the non-league battle with a 6-3 record. In their last battle, Forest Park was overwhelmed by Pace Academy (Atlanta, GA), 9-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Cougars confront the Banneker Trojans (College Park, GA) in a 5A Area 3 battle, on Friday, March 21. Newnan will attempt to improve on its 4-5 season record. The Trojans enter the battle with a 1-6 record after their 3-3 non-league Mundy's Mill (Jonesboro, GA).
