Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Vidalia Indians (Vidalia, GA) and the host Woodville-Tompkins Wolverines (Savannah, GA), saw Vidalia's soccer squad hold off Woodville-Tompkins by a count of 2-1.

The Indians (4-6) will now prepare for their battle against Tattnall County (Reidsville, GA). The Warriors enter the non-league battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Tattnall County tipped Cook (Adel, GA), 4-3, in a league battle.

Next up, the Wolverines confront the Swainsboro Tigers (Swainsboro, GA) in a 3A Area 3 battle, on Thursday, March 20. Woodville-Tompkins will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Tigers enter the battle with a 7-4 record after their 4-1 non-league win over Montgomery County (Mt. Vernon, GA).
