The Cedar Creek Cougars triumphed over the visiting Lincoln Prep Panthers softball squad by a count of 19-0 in Tuesday's league challenge.
Next, the Cougars meet the Hicks Pirates (Leesville, LA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, March 22. Cedar Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 9-6 season record. The Pirates enter the challenge with a 9-2 record after their 10-6 non-league win over Rosepine (Rosepine, LA).
The Panthers (0-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Jonesboro-Hodge (Jonesboro, LA). The Tigers enter the challenge with a 2-4 record. In their last challenge, Jonesboro-Hodge overcame Arcadia (Arcadia, LA), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
