South Carolina High School Softball - Gaffney bounces Greenwood

In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Gaffney Indians softball team scored a nice 14-1 victory over the Greenwood Eagles.
The Indians (6-4) will now prepare for their match against James F. Byrnes (Duncan, SC). The Rebels go into the AAAAA Region 2 match with a 7-2 record. In their last match, James F. Byrnes gained a win over Palmetto (Williamston, SC), 23-9, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Eagles battle the Dixie Hornets (Due West, SC) in a non-league match, on Thursday, March 20. Greenwood will attempt to better on its 2-5 season record. The Hornets go into the match with a 4-0 record after their 22-2 league win over McCormick (McCormick, SC).
