In Tuesday's non-league test, the Grassfield Grizzlies (Chesapeake, VA) softball squad got by the visiting Nansemond-Suffolk Academy Saints (Suffolk, VA), by a tally of 4-3.

Next, the Grizzlies clash with the Great Bridge Wildcats (Chesapeake, VA) in a Southeastern test, on Friday, March 21. Grassfield will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record.

The Saints (2-2) will now prepare for their test against Manteo (Manteo, NC). The Redskins go into the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Manteo was nudged by Holmes (Edenton, NC), 8-7, in a league outing.
