Texas High School Softball - Iola bounces Snook

In Tuesday's league match, the host Iola Bulldogs softball team scored a tight 12-7 win over the Snook Bluejays.

The Bulldogs (3-3) will now prepare for their match against Mumford (Mumford, TX). The Mustangs come into the 2A Region IV District 26 match with a 9-4 record. In their last match, Mumford nipped North Zulch (North Zulch, TX), 21-0, in a non-league match.

In their next game, the Bluejays confront the Burton Panthers (Burton, TX) in a 2A Region IV District 26 match, on Friday, March 21. Snook will attempt to better on its 5-10 season record. The Panthers come into the match with a 11-3 record after their 4-0 league win over Milano (Milano, TX).
